4th Annual San Pedro Music Festival arrives

Dance the Samba and Celebrate International Music and Cultures
The 4th Annual San Pedro Music Festival (SPMF) occurs Sunday, September 14, 2024 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm at the Brouwerij West, 110 E. 22 nd St., San Pedro.
This year the Festival offers FREE general admission to express their appreciation to loyal
supporters, all music lovers, the San Pedro community, families and friends. “We are excited to bring the 4 th Annual San Pedro Music Festival to this unique music-friendly venue on the large grounds of Brouwerji West, popular for showcasing many musical extravaganzas,” said world-renowned soul jazz veteran Windy Barnes, who is also the creator, host and executive producer of the Festival. “Get ready to immerse yourselves in ‘One Love, One Heart, One Song’, the theme for this year’s Festival celebrating the rich cultural tapestry of San Pedro,” said Barnes. “Attendees will enjoy several interactive displays such as dancing with Brazilian samba dancers, Croation folk dancers and a prodigious band of young jazz musicians all under the age of 14.”
The internationally themed Marketplace will offer an array of mouth-watering cuisines and eye-popping merchandise. Kick off the evening with Instagram-able photo opportunities and fun
memories to last a lifetime.
Brouwerij West will offer their own signature craft beers and cocktails throughout the evening.
The Festival’s spectacular musical lineup includes Dr. Gail Jhonson, the first lady of smooth
jazz; Windy Barnes, soul jazz vocalist; Victor Orlando, celebrity percussionist; Jonathan Farrington, theatrical singer and actor; Sunny
Daye, foot-stomping country artist; Todd Hunter & The Brazilians, Latin jazz; Nick Gomez, jazz saxophonist; the Samba Angels, and many more. Special tributes honoring The Beach Boys, the O’Jays, Bob Marley and the Eagles will have the audience on their feet and dancing in their seats.
A reserved VIP section will feature up close and personal seating, a no-host bar, food, goodie bags and special perks. “The VIP section is a ‘party with a purpose’ fund raiser for Windy City Entertainment, Inc.,” shared Barnes, the non-profit's CEO and president.

About the Brouwerij West
In 2016, one of California’s most unique brewery locations opened in the port town of San Pedro in a
former Port of Los Angeles Warehouse originally built by the U.S. Navy during World War II. The venue
includes an onsite brewery, tasting room, beer garden, courtyard, covered outdoor seating and
several indoor event spaces.
